Influences
We all love music and it's basically everything to us. We can appreciate almost ANYTHING and understand why it's great. However, bands we are really into personally are: The Beatles, Cheap Trick, AC/DC, The Who, Pink Floyd, Van Halen, Kiss, Queen, Zep, Journey, Aerosmith, Rush, etc. Pretty much all the classics. We love a variety of other bands too like Motley Crue, Zebra, Mike Viola, Bleu, Keane, All-American Rejects, The Shazam, Jellyfish, Army of Anyone, Fall Out Boy, Coldplay, The Eagles, Elton John, Genesis, Rolling Stones, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Death Cab for Cutie, Foo Fighters, Dream Theater, Slipknot, Stone Sour, Maroon 5, Jet, Linkin Park, Army of Anyone, STP, Soundgarden, Crossfade, Moke, Black Crowes, and Foo Fighters, to name a few. We love music... that should be broad enough for ya!

Since we're a cover band, we try and aim to please everyone however hard that may sometimes be. We play a strong blend of songs ranging from Motown to Metallica and everything in between including funk/disco, 70's - 80's hits, modern rock alternative, and a few country ballads. Our song list is posted if you want to take a look. We're experienced enough musicians to be able to convincingly cover all of these different genres, unlike a rock band doing rock versions of every song they try. As a band, there are no songs or styles we're afraid to at least try!! As employees of the club, we try and watch our volume, as to not blast patrons out the door, and we try to play to the crowd by staying aware of the room is doing at that time. There is no set "structure" to what we are going to play. We consider ourselves very adaptible.
Punch Judy are proud to be in their 16th year rocking people all over the Tri-State area. The band has played extensively in the Indianapolis and St. Louis areas. Playing literally hundreds upon hundreds of bars, clubs, weddings, and frat parties. As a result, Punch Judy have become veterans of the Indianapolis music scene, with a top notch reputation for being professional, talented, and a sure thing for a good time! For a band to be together this long and still manage to play every single weekend of the year says something for our reputation and abiltiy to deliver quality entertainment.
Hey guys, what do you think the crowd will be like at Kelly's Saturday night? I'm trying to talk my Mama into going out with me to see you guys but she thinks it will be a crazy wild crowd since it's the night before the big race. Do you think it will be too crazy for her? I want to take her out for some fun but I don't want it to be too much for her. As veterans of the scene what do you think? Oh, and just so you know Jason, she has a huge crush on you! She said you were the cutest, sweetest thing she has seen in a long time! And my Mama isn't easily impressed so you must have done something right! Thank you for being so sweet to her. She has been talking about you ever since! Anyway, back to my original question, are you expecting a big or small crowd? Do you need lots of fan support or you couldn't care less? In any case, love ya, Peace&Love,Brenda
We loved you guys at the Rathskeller August 30th! Thanks for giving the shout out to Mark and I before we got married. We brought some out of town guests and they can't stop talking about what a blast they had. Thanks again!
