What's your story Morning Glory?
Sea Fever is five-piece acoustic-indie folk rock that speaks in stories, drives you with bows, bells and dual lead vocals, and holds you with an emphasis on lyric and purpose. Members include Andy Zook on vocals and acoustic guitar, Annie Thordarson on vocals and keys, Jon Keane with electric guitar, Tyler Scott at the drums and percussion, and Chris Hanson on Bass. They are honored to play for you.
Originating just out of Seattle, WA, Sea Fever started practicing in college dorms and through emailing recordings back and forth, the band worked on new material and took the summer of 2008 to find their fifth member. Pulling drummer Kyle James out of Bremerton, WA, Sea Fever prepared a set and took it across the mountains to play a house show in Spokane with close personal friends Until August Ends. As the summer came to an end, the members of Sea Fever put their shoes back on and returned to the academic world by playing at Seattle Pacific University’s school year kick off. This was a turning point for Sea Fever, at which their sound first began taking sophistication and clarity of purpose. Since then, Sea Fever has been crafting their style and writing new music with a focus on direction and intentional lyric and composition. As a still very new band, Sea Fever is excited about the progress they have made in a short time and the interest that an audience is beginning to take in them. It is through this support and hard personal work that the band continues to grow in Seattle.
Let us put on a show for you.

Thank you all so much for your support and kind words as we work at re-organizing this band. We've been writing A LOT
We've also been making some new friends.
We'll be playing with some of them the 18th, Noah Gundersen and the Courage in their home town, Centralia, WA at the Santa Lucia for a great Christmas party!
and with that comes the end of a huge year with many changes for us.
For this amazing year, thank you Friends, Family, Everyone in Bremerton that's let us hang out between shows, Seattle Theatre Group, everyone involved with More Music at the Moore, Greg Hall, That cool jazz band up on Queen Anne, and anyone that's showed us love.
It's been an amazing year.
And with that, we welcome on 2010, just around the corner and are excited about some Seattle shows that we'll let you know about with the coming New Year.
Hey guys. Thanks for the shout out on the page. Just wanted to wish everyone an awesome holiday season. You guys kick the arse and are the best band an audio guy could ever hope to work with. Hopefully i'll see you all in the new year. I wish you much continued success. Merry Christmas all.
I'm doing fantabulous. Who actually runs your guy's MySpace and/or Facebook? You guys are rather chatty. Not that this is a bad thing, or anything. Cause I talk back. So. I'm chatty, too.
The only interesting thing left on MySpace is music. Have you noticed that? And even though I swear I know everything there could be to know about Sea Fever, somehow I end up on this page. Sigh.
