    "Hard-hitting, guitar-swinging, 3-part-harmonized, gang-vocalled, jaw-droppin' rock!" If you've never heard a band that could be described in those words, then you've never heard SixXxer. With a unique blend of melodic hooks and punk-rock grit, they're not your average rock band. It all began after the band Socialight dissolved. Singer Robbie started seeking talented musicians to begin a new chapter in his music career with a new and exciting project. He was soon introduced to Dave, bassist of the Neverending White Lights – and although he wasn't looking to start another group, Robbie's songs hooked him and a new band was born. Finding likeminded bandmates proved to be difficult, until Dave and Robbie decided to contact their friends in Everlea. Brendan, the drummer, joined in and brought along his guitarist friend, Nathan. SixXxer was complete and ready to begin their rock 'n roll legacy. With memorable performances under their belt, including a Mod Club show with Crash Karma and their CD release party at the Horseshoe Tavern ("…that was madness," Dave explains), SixXxer has no plans to slow down. "We have four talented guys who can write songs. The music is getting better and better," says Robbie. "Our music is going to be something that the industry simply can not deny." Robbie brings the vocal skills and songwriting know-how. Brendan brings clockwork timing and a creative approach to drumming. Dave's talent on bass is unmatched, as is his "obsession with putting on the best live show ever". Nathan provides the signature guitar sound and sings melodies to perfectly round out Robbie's powerful vocals. Add the skills of well-known producer and musician Mike Turner (Crash Karma, Our Lady Peace), and you have what most bands strive to achieve; something that truly works. Their on-stage presence and catchy, melodic rock songs is a result of their combined experience, the kind that only comes from a decade of hard work in the indie music scene. Only these four guys can create this sound that is undoubtedly unique – and that sound is strictly SixXxer.
