Dennis: Stooges, Big Star, St Etienne Al: Tegan & Sara, Hello Saferide, Dixie Chicks Luke: Kanye West, Lee Dorsey, The Black Keys Jimmy: Art Brut, The Whitest Boy Alive, The Cure Emily: Pixies, Ozomatli, Astrud Gilberto
Jimmy & Dennis were despairing after their original drummer went off to join a pirate-themed band. Then Emily came along, bringing Luke & Al with her, and it was good.
They bummed around, smoking in a whole load of different rehearsal rooms round North London, but when they finally played a gig everyone came and they rocked.
Last year they played bigger and bigger venues around London. This year they've supported the Toy Guns at the Dublin Castle, recorded the magnificent Nightcream EP, and are playing their biggest gig yet at Metro Club in March, before playing festival dates and embarking on a mini-tour in the late spring
yo how are you doing? your myspace is looking nice! but anyways, i just grabbed some sweet new tones off www.tonetomyphone.info for FREE! they have the coolest stuff!
Dear Perks.. Good to hear from you... We had a look at your latest visual offering and may I say that it is truly awesome. It has inspired the Korv to create our own effort as an add on DVD to our forth coming new album. In the meatime I like the suggestion of a beer/food.. i think combined is generally the best option. On another note, the Korv are off on tour of Australia on the 19th - which means we will be able to make the gig in picadilly on the 12th! Woohoo!
heyyya

it was great meeting you all and you were all brilliant!
we made about £350 all together so thanks for your help!

Hey guys, just wanted to say well done last night (I'm getting into this Myspace thing now!)
Really impressed, sadly I don't remember as much of it as I'd like though so I'll have to make sure I drink less at your next gig.
