Yeah, there's not much of a winter, and what there is sometimes is a pain in the butt (icy conditions -- we're not equipped to handle it and a lot of places will shut down at even the hint of it. Fair trade for not having a true, fun winter with snow). And yeah... not much need for fun accessories (I agree with you! Christopher would love to take me skiing some day and the first thing I asked is if I could buy fun, cute "wintery stuff" heheh).
Not much of an autumn change, depending on where you are. Christopher and his mom are from the Chicago area... you'll see some color, but not enough honestly :( That's something else I'd love to see.
Spring can be lovely with the wildflowers though. I do like that :)
I hate summer because of the sun and the heat :D I'm such a vampire... I can't stand sunshine (I prefer clouds), and I prefer cold to hot. We hardly get a winter (this season was pretty mild, too). On the other hand, our hot weather lasts too long and is awful.
That, and electric companies charge craploads during "hot season" :( Each year, we use less and less energy, but our bills keep going up!

:-( I don't think I will be there this year. I know...I know bad me. I am donating of course though. It's just hard now b/c I am in MA for my Grad program and unlike Saint Rose the Spring Break the week of Saint Patrick's Day. I have to come home the last week of March to be with my Mom on the anniversary of my Dad's passing. My schedule these days is ridiculous. Between SCHOOL (*ICK*) and my TA position I am always working. I am a little sad that I can't but the gas and time for 4 hours there and back isn't very nice. I miss you though. Have fun for me!
