REAL ESTATE WEBOGRAPHER™ certificants adhere to a Committment document, to continue to further embrace, accept and adopt technology for themselves and their web-savvy consumers.

For agents, it's already implied that you are proficient in the principles surrounding the brokerage of real estate. The REAL ESTATE WEBOGRAPHER^TM certification mark further adds to the understanding of buyers & sellers that you are "savvy" in web technologies that support those principles. In addition, the certification mark means you use web-based technology services to support your clients.

BROKERS

ASSISTANTS

The REW^TM Certification is available to virtual assistants (VAs), office assistants, transaction, listing & advertising coordinators; anyone involved in the Real Estate transaction.

After completing the REW^TM Certification, assistants win more clients and earn more client-hours -- not to mention a resumé fully expanded with real estate technologies and skillsets. Assistants become technology coaches and consultants to their clients.

The training experience for the REW certification not only discusses emerging technologies such as mobile technologies, agent websites, online tours, etc. but also highlights technology companies, who are best-of breed and compliment the technology awareness curriculum.

Partners of NIW enjoy benefits such as (1) an interactive, multi-media presentation of their technology, (2) showcase of their technology in real world scenarios through demonstration accounts reserved for REW students, (3) an optional guided activity to fully experience the bells and whistles of their technology, and (4) where applicable, mention of their technology in REW^TM core course materials.

REW^TM Affiliates

Real estate schools, brokers, educational providers, trainers, coaches and other affiliates who share the vision of educating RE professionals in emerging technologies, can join the REW Affiliate Program. Becoming an REW^TM Affiliate costs nothing and can be accomplished by simply signing up through NIW's online affiliate system.

Registered affiliates are provided with all of the tools necessary to advertise the REW^TM certification. 

Once these tools have been implemented, affiliates enjoy generous commissions for each certification purchased via their REW portal.
