| About We Bop Harmony |
We-Bop Harmony is a singing group run by me, Rachel Myer, based in Brighton. The group is open to anyone who enjoys singing and wants to learn how to sing in harmony. In each session we will learn how to warm up effectively, develop good breathing technique, posture and vocal production. We will also do ear training exercises which will help us sing great soul/jazz/blues/gospel arrangements in harmony together. All are welcome and no reading is required and I even provide practice cd's to take home, which have proved very popular with students.
Wednesday 1st October 2008 is the next open taster session at Park Hill Evangelical Church, Park Hill, Queens Park, Brighton, BN2 0BT 7.30pm to 9pm and costs £5/£4 con. Come along and see whether you want to join us for the next term, which runs for 12 weeks including the taster and a performance and costs £50/£40con. The drop-in rate is £6/£5 per session.
I arrange all the songs myself, which means I do ask the group for song ideas and arrange ones that are suitable.
