I am wondering about the other options on the ticket "sidewalk not litter free" and "trash set out too early" in particular. I can't believe this is the first violation Webster has seen.
Webster may have had its most competitive night ever last night: ferocious four square, fierce photography, and one pretty awesome pinata - all with a dose of fireworks to top it off. Good work Webster!
one more thing, one night around halloween time, a nice woman who lives in a house closer to 19th st witnessed me stumbling home late and was quite concerned with my well being. i'm not sure who it was but i would like to tell her thank you.
