Born and bred in The East End of London. Coherent dragged himself from Whipps Cross Hospital to five minutes down the road to The Green Man Roundabout in 1979 where he has stayed ever since.
Started listening to old Hip Hop tapes my elder brother used to tape off the radio in around 91-92 which got me hooked! Learn't every move off of house Party and started listening to pirate hardcore staions around 93.
Used to go into my local record shop every week with a bunch of friends and generally just hang around as none of us had any money toi actually buy any records.
Started MCing to drum and bass in 95 and started to Dj in 97-98 Was playing a pirate station called Addiction in 1999-2000 wiht Def Wish my partner in crime!
Was in and out of the studio with my old school friend Def Wish (Influential) who has since emigrated to USA since and is sorely missed!
Joined Funk/Hip Hop/Sould band Gran Cassa in 2001. Started homing my mic skills again at this stage and generally stopped buying D+B as I got a worried about where it all seemed to be going.
Have since left Gran Cassa to push myself as an MC
Guested on Gee Swifts Album "Balance" IN 2007 and started a crew with him called "The Journeymen"

Ta 4 the add. Yeah BCB stayed pretty quiet until a bit later on but filled out more when the live acts stepped up. Profit was heavy, enjoyed what I saw of Iron Braydz n all.
The open mic was a good laugh too - shame u couldn'ta stuck round, woulda bn good to hear u spit.

I finally finished up a project I have been working on closely with my homie DJ Trippin' over the past few months. The idea was to take a handful of my freestyles, studio tracks, and b-sides I've recorded over the last year and combine them all to a 1 track mix.
