Music is a huge part of my life, and the two kinds I like the most are rock and dance respectively. I've always loved rock music and am a particular fan of System Of A Down, Nine Inch Nails, Iron Maiden, Maximo Park and any bands of that type really. I also developed a love for dance music having been to see Faithless live last year. That was amazing! I'm fairly open minded when it comes to movies, but it has to be engaging and entertaining. I mostly like Action, Comedy, Horror, Drama as a rule though. My favourite film would probably have to be The Green Mile. To create such an endearing and in parts very funny tale of hope so masterfully in a place where there is none is what made this movie. Long winded, but a masterpiece.
Television
Proud Petrolhead, so I absolutely love Top Gear and any other funny and interesting car related programs. I also enjoy comedies and crime dramas (CSI, Cracker, Wire In The Blood, etc). As with everything else though, it has to grab my attention in some way, whether it's making me think or just plain making me laugh!
Books
I don't tend to read much as I'm always out doing something random! However, I do enjoy the works of Dan Brown, Andy McNab and John Nichol (see a pattern forming there!).
Heroes
'Indian' Larry Desmedt. Indian Larry was a motorcycle builder from the United States. He was extremely popular the world over, and his creations earned him legions of fans and massive respect from his fellow builders. He was tragically killed while performing a motorcycle stunt show to a packed crowd having just finished his final bike build. I respect him because he never let anyone stand in the way of his views and goals and always did what he wanted to do. He lived and died the way he wanted to, and that I find extremely powerful.
