About Weeping Willow

Weeping Willow is a folk metal band from the woodlands of America formed in 2004. The band has been through a lot within the past four years and its now the year 2008 where Weeping Willow is ready to take folk metal to new heights. With over 10 songs fully written... Weeping Willow is in the process of recording its first full length CD due in the fall/autumn of 2008.

The classic lineup of Rhode playing the keys, Mehroze on guitar and Nick on drums is the basis for Weeping Willows' unique folk metal sound. All three band members have many different metal influences which together create the sound of Weeping Willow.

There has always been one main theme for the band and thats to create refreshing pure folk metal that will break new grounds within the metal community.
