We Ghosts formed in the fall of 2003 and recorded two EPs, "We Ghosts" (2004) and "Two Steps Forward" (2005).
In December 2006 they released their first full-length album "Paranormal Activity" (some songs from which can be heard on this Space).
Songs from all three releases have been used extensively in several major film and TV productions, and have been played on various major and minor radio stations all over the world.
In the Summer of 2006 the duo played their live TV debut on "God Morgen Sverige" an award-winning Swedish television program.
"Paranormal Activity"was released in Sweden in December 2006-in the UK in January 2007, in the USA in September 2007,and the duo played their first shows there at that time.
In the year 2008 a limited release of the EP "No Time For Goodbye" was released and subequently sold out during the year.
The act has continued to expand their live circuit in Sweden and the UK In the Spring and Summer of 2009

From Pave website:
"We Ghosts" return to Pave for one night only before heading back to Sweden for the rest of their extensive tour. This folky, jazz, mysterious and very talanted trio are winning crowds over everywhere they go. They are currently recording their latest album "Things That Go Bump In The Night" set to be finished in the summer of 2009... expect great things from "The Queen Of Acoustica".
On the song "No Time For Goodbye", MP3 of the week Sep-2007.
Lemonrock review:
"There's a certain eeriness to this nicely crafted pop song, with well recorded acoustic guitars and unusual keyboard sounds... and yet the whole thing is familiar somehow... strong and distinctive - in a slightly affected style, perhaps attributable to the nationality of the female singer - the vocals remind us of dozens of radio-friendly bands both past and present: there is no reason why We Ghosts shouldn't join such a parade."
Checking in with you my friend, and hoping you are well this holiday season!
A SPECIAL CHRISTMAS DAY MESSAGE ...
"May peace be your gift for this Christmas and the blessing of the Almighty be with you and the world to help us all make this world a better place. To make it a Christmas day everyday of the year."
~Kurt Avish
MAY OUR HEARTS BE FILLED WITH THE JOYOUS SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS ALL YEAR LONG!
MAY WE REMEMBER THOSE WHO ARE HURTING THIS CHRISTMAS AND ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF OUR LOVING CARE!
Please stay in touch from time to time and let me know how you are! Your friendship means the world to me!
Have a good one at The Feathers this afternoon. As always, we've missed each other in St Giles by a couple of weeks. Hope to catch up with you in 2010.
Another stunning end-to-end performance from We Ghosts on Wednesday! You get better every time, which shouldn't theoretically be possible :) See you again soon hopefully...
So you did it again, amaze us with great music. You really can't do a bad show, can you? Loved to hear some new songs as well. I have my favourites, one of them is playing on my site right now. And for a person who also enjoys covers in the good way - meaning the new and creative way, T-Rex, Joy Division and Ramones should be proud by the way you're doing their songs! And Jenny, I don't agree Joey Ramone would turn in his grave. I believe he would be fascinated that that song could take more than 90 seconds! And he would love every bit of it! Until next time.... Love and respect!
Hey. Thanks So much for sparing me a few moments to play and sing some songs as well as chat with me tonight. Your music is amazing. The interview and session will play out this week and next week. Check the podcasts on our page or listen live. Thanks again. Your're diamond! (I'll email over the tracks for you to use)
Thank you so much for the concert and the comment, we really enjoyed everything! Sorry we left in a hurry, I was in a "can't hear more zatzat from the table behind mood". I have a huge problem with people talking their way through good music. I wanted to congratulate you all, I missed Frank - I'm a bit shy I think :) Anyway, I tried to find a pic of you all - and again, I always sit in a wrong angle so Frank is behind Jen... And I really needed to get the Rat in since he worked so hard on his good but weird sounds. But this pic will do for no, I will go through my pics of you soon and upload a few. I probably have from the first concert at Kellys and to now! Looking forward to see you at Jazzå in October. Again, Congratulation with another great album - all of you.

Longing for the clock to turn 19 (and perhaps some more...), hear the new album and then feel it - joy and satisfaction! See you in a couple of hours and luck to you tonight! Elin and Christian
