Since Jordi Aragón was a child, he has maintained
a narrow relationship with technology and electronic music, mainly between
computers and software tools, treating both from a transgressor and innovative
point of view.
In his Live Sets we can listen to sounds
that include from minimal techno or minimal dub to tech-house in its
experimental side, all of them oriented to dancefloor.
After a first contact with the local scene
in Valencia, Jordi Aragón (Wego) performs his coming-out at the Goa Festival in Madrid thanks
to Producciones UHF (Le Club). Later
he went being part of the dead artistic collective of Nomenklatura. Then Wego was a part of resident artist of the emblematic Valencian
club Barraca.
Musically Wego spends a big part of his
time exploring the OpenSource Culture, especially netlabels culture or Internet
Labels, an evidence of that is his work in the Andalusian netlabel Flumo
In 2006 he carried out his final project of
the Applied Computer Science University degree,
developing a multimedia system by the developing language Max/MSP/Jitter . That
system allowed the real-time interaction with an application just with the free
movement of the user hands.
In parallel Wego has carried out other
works such the collaboration with the graphic design studio Inklude contributing with the musical
subject for the promotional spot of the OFFF06 Mexico festival .
Otherwise, Wego was made promotional tasks and technological support to Aerobic Studio Rec (UHF Productions / Le Club). Besides Wego works with Jaime Romero ( Notch / Lontano ) in various tracks that will be out soon.
Actually Wego gives musical informatics
lessons, and he works as a freelance performing his live and dj set

muy pequeño ha mantenido una estrecha relación con la tecnología y la música
electrónica, principalmente con la computación y las herramientas software,
tratando ambas desde un punto de vista trasgresor e innovador
En sus Live Sets podemos escuchar un sonido que engloba
desde el mínimal techno o el mínimal dub al tech-house en su vertiente
experimental, todo ello bajo un groove orientado al dancefloor
Jordi Aragón (Wego) trás
un primer contacto con la escena local de Valencia realiza su puesta de largo
en el festival Goa de Madrid

Club). Posteriormente entrará a formar parte del difunto colectivo artistico de Nomenklatura seguido de la incoorporación al roster de artistas residentes de la emblemática sala valenciana, Barraca .
Musicalmente, Wego dedica
gran parte de su tiempo a la exploración de la OpenSource Culture y de los
llamados sellos de Internet o Netlabels, prueba de ello es su trabajo en la
crew de artistas del Netlabel Andaluz Flumo
participando en varias referencias del sello.
A finales del 2006 realiza su proyecto fin de carrera de
informática aplicada desarrollando una instalación multimedia bajo el lenguaje
de desarrollo Max/MSP/Jitter permitiendo la interacción en tiempo real con la
aplicación solo con el libre movimiento de las manos del usuario.
Paralelamente Wego ha realizado otros trabajos como la
colaboración junto con el estudio de diseño grafico Inklude, aportando el apartado musical para
el spot promocional del festival OFFF06 México
Por otro lado, Wego ha realizado tareas de promoción y asesoramiento tecnológico para Aerobic Studio Rec. Además de trabajar junto a Jaime Romero ( Notch / Lontano ) en diversas producciones que saldrán a la luz en un futuro cercano.
En la actualidad imparte cursos de informática musical
y trabaja como freelance presentando su live y dj set.
