FORMER REPUBLICS (featuring ex/current members of Eucalypt, Bene Gesserit & John Wayne Gacy Trust Fund)_This bass-heavy three piece are quite collage-like - and chop 'n' change with their spastic idea of structure...at times EVERTHING is so over-driven it sounds like a steam train. Fans of groups such as SHOTMAKER, FUGAZI & THREE PENNY OPERA will be in heaven.
HOLY BALM (featuring members of Knitted Abyss & Pagan Dawn)_Have you ever noticed how some things taste EXACTLY like you envisage them to taste? Holy Balm taste (and sound) like those Blue Heavan ice creams that i ate with my parents at Melbourne Zoo when i was 6...like i wished they would. Completely beautiful tribal/psych and more...i am speechless.
BRASSSKULLS (feauring ex/current members of Rotted Crow, Crabsmasher, Haircuts Polyfox And The Union Of The Most Ghosts & Eucalypt)_BANANARAMA meets THE BANGLES meets 'Metal Dance' era SPK.Life at 16rpm - a cat, a rat & one above Greco Roman Wrestling.
WINE SLEAZE (featuring ex/current members of Castings, Painted Jesus Brown, Marasmus, Alzheimer Blanks, Vodka Sparrows & Robbie Duncan) _Debut live performance from this acapella septet....no blood, only melodies and the chanelling of Andrew Moon."i feel a lack of spirituality coming on..."
Never Gonna Stop (The Red Red Kroovy) From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"Never Gonna Stop (The Red Red Kroovy)" is a promotional single off Rob Zombie's second album The Sinister Urge. The song can also be found on Rob Zombie's Past, Present & Future and the greatest hits album The Best of Rob Zombie. The song is based on Stanley Kubrick's classic 1971 film, A Clockwork Orange. The phrase 'red red kroovy' is a quote from the movie which is used by Alex DeLarge meaning 'Red red blood' ("kroovy", correctly "krov'", means "blood" in Russian). The lyrics contain the phrases "See heaven, flash, a horrorshow..." and "...take me to the home..." which both references to scenes from the movie. The remix of the song, The Black Cat Crossing Mix, was included on "WWE Forceable Entry" and an edited version with shorter intro and "You think you know me" added to the beginning was briefly used as WWE Superstar Edge's entrance theme. Also, it was included on the soundtrack to the movie Rollerball in 2002 and it was also featured in the movie Walking Tall. The song was nominated the Grammy for Best Metal Performance for the 2002 Grammy Awards Ceremony.
