Shawn Michelle is a native of Maryland and a trained Actress, Dancer, Choreographer, and Recording Artist. Shawn Michelle has choreographed for artists including Calvin Richardson and Mya. As the choreographer, stylist, and a co-writer for No Label, she is dedicated to delivering the best, in music, live shows, and videos. Shawn Michelle can be seen in commercials for Dr. Pepper, Kmart, and Sheehy Ford, television shows such as Americas Most Wanted and an episode of Homicide and motion pictures including New Best Friend (Taye Diggs), The Salon (Vivica A. Fox), and the leading lady in the soon to be released comedy White Men Cant Rap and as a dancer in Step Up.
Everything about CJ speaks Rock and Funk! So it's no wonder she was born and raised in Memphis,TN the birth place of the Blues and Rock n' Roll. Performing all her life, CJ is no stranger to the business. This singer/songwriter/actress has shown her talents all over the country including Universal Studios in Los Angeles, Six Flags America in Maryland, NYC and was featured in the Disney/Touchstone movie 'Step Up.' Don't underestimate this one. Behind that innocent face and shy grin is a an explosive personality and performer. CJ's power and range gives the group an extra hint of edge.
Danni a native of Los Angelos, was bit by the entertainment bug early on. She can be seen as a dancer is such music videos as Ja Rule, Kelly Clarkson, and John Legend. She also appeared with Pharrell and Nelly on 2005 Fashion Rocks. Danni's exciting personality and Tomboy chic flavor and hype rhyme helps to make No Label a force to be reckoned with.
DaDa born in Washington DC, has been dancing and rapping since she was eleven years old. Her growth as an entertainer took her to other avenues in the industry such as acting, modeling, and choreographing. She has taken first place on the Apollo three years in a row. DaDa has performed with recording artist Mya and just wrapped the new dance movie Step Up on top of the many videos and commercials she has taken part in. The "Street Goddess" in-your-face rhymes brings an Urban Edgy attitude to No Label.
Krys- This soulful beauty hails from the great city of Detroit (motor town) .Krys has been singing since the age of seven and performing since the age of fifteen. This gutsy songstress models herself after such greats as Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, and Gladys Knight. Krys hopes to share her passion for music and performing with the world.
