  On Friday, July 9th, our band mate and
best friend Uriah Freedom
Baker AKA Baby Genius, was falsely accused
of sexual assault, along with
Quentin Price, a trusted member of
our road crew.
     Even though
numerous statements were made to
detectives GREATLY contradicting the
nature of the accusations, they
will remain in jail for the duration of
the trial, which could
easily take up to a year and beyond. 
    
 Each one has a
$300,000$ bail. This cannot be paid. We have decided to
hire a
private investigator. ANYTHING you can do to show support for
Uriah,
Quentin, their families or us would be DEEPLY appreciated. We
have a
widget posted on our myspace for anyone that would care to donate

to their legal defense.
     Please, friends and family, contact
uriah
and Quentin and send them your love, hope and courage. The
struggle
so far is nothing compared to what we all face ahead.
    
We
will continue to push forward with all booked shows with our
washboard
player, Avery, sitting behind the drums. THANK YOU TO
EVERYBODY WHO
HAS HELPED US AND SHOWED US LOVE. WE LOVE YOU BACK. WE
