Well Behaved Women will never go anywhere in the music world. After all, how can a band like us get signed? We don't have the resources! Everyone knows that these days your chances of getting signed as a band revolve around money mainly, and having the right connections, something that we lack. We don't have money to go on tour, we don't have money to pay for a professional myspace layout and we can't press and release physical copies of our cds. Labels want touring bands that make money based on their genericness and myspace popularity, hence the reason why talented artists that don't get attention are ignored. If we went into a studio with Joey Sturgis and recorded our EP, then started touring magically with shitty overproduced bands like Brokencyde and Attack Attack (my apologies to those who like these bands) then maybe we'd have a shot. However, we don't care. We do everything ourselves, write, record, produce, and give our fans what we have to offer. Can Well Behaved Women indefinitely beat the odds and sign? Perhaps our only shot at this dream is all of you, the people reading this, the people spreading our free CD around on blogs and websites and telling their friends. So I wanna say thanks to all of you dearly because it honestly means everything to us =) The upcoming EP is for all of you who have followed us and stayed with us through all our slacking and computer failures. Our heart and souls are being put into making it everything we want it to be, and it's coming along swimmingly. Expect great things sooner than you think. Seras Victoria is just a taste of what's to come. Keep the comments and messages coming because even if we can't reply to every last one, it's what keeps us going.
