| About wellbeing project |

A community interest company working to deliver sustainable improvements in mental health and wellbeing and to create meaningful recovery and employment pathways.
We encourage volunteers to suggest mental health promotion activities. Music has always been important for a sense of wellbeing. We have invited musicians to work with us. Jez Kerr, from Manchester band a certain ratio, has created the music for our films and podcasts.
