Have you ever tried to sum up a country in a few paragraphs? Well it isn't easy, especially for somewhere as fascinating as Wales. We're a small country that crams a lot in: a rich history, a unique culture and language, beautiful landscapes and a friendly people with an original spirit.
Wales is a country on a human-sized scale. Our country might look small when you compare us in an atlas with somewhere vast like Canada or Russia, but since when did size matter?! We like to think we’re the perfect size for a country, small enough to get to know easily, but big enough to be fascinating for a lifetime. We’re here to tell the rest of world that and to let them know what they’re missing. We are prepared to admit though, that we might be a bit biased, but we’re willing to back our claim up - if you don't believe us, why don't you come and find out for yourself?
Love Spoon
A love spoon is an ornately carved spoon traditionally made from a single piece of wood by young men, especially in Wales, as a love token for their sweethearts, to show their affection and intentions.
The love spoon originated from the "cawl" (soup) spoon. Over generations, decorative carvings were added to the spoon and it lost its original practical use and became a treasured decorative item to be hung proudly on a wall. Certain symbols came to have specific meanings: a horseshoe for luck, a cross for faith and marriage, or hearts for love

Where traditions are not so rare; Sea, country and works scent the air; A multitude of monuments, Planted tubs and patterned pavements.
The longish pedestrian malls; The remnants of defensive walls; Historic buildings are a gauge Of the respect for heritage.
Wheat, rape and pines in the fields; Estuaries guarded by shields; Long sandy beaches and wide scenes; Romantic-ruin go-betweens.
Rivers in parts licked by trees, Or fringed by boat clubs, wharfs, gantries, And crossed by practical delights - Varied spans, forming pleasing sights.
Fine churches headed at Durham; Football kits ad infinitum; Kept castles - one for study; Masonry behind masonry.
And, with moulding-works out that way, It’s somewhere for a longer stay..?

I do not know and have not researched the ingredients of the following advertised drink, but the information they are sharing I know by experience to be very good information, and if they are using prime product, it is in fact a powerful drink to have.
Not sure I would stop at an ounce though, as just oLive Leaf Extract alone, it has been suggested that three ½ cups a day, has shown to be much more effective then just two ½ cups.
Research it more if you are interested to know. Google and Youtube are awesome resources, and books are still valuable tools. Dictionary is my favorite book. Lots of them.
That being said, I loved this video for the beautiful story they did on an oLive Tree.

Hello boys and girls, sorry its been a bit quiet on The Transporters front but we have been back in the studio a few times and have written some new material and various "rocked " up remixes, one of which has just been posted on our page "HER WORLD-REMIX" is a VERY different direction for us. Also soon to be posted up is a song ive been working on with Steve (my original songwriting partner in The Transporters). Its a tune called "Machine" and has layers of electronica. Sorry I haven’t been able to write you more but I’ve been busy and my marriage is still on with Terry King. He will be moving here in a couple of months. With the Swine Flu going around I don’t like the idea of traveling to San Antonio where the school District has been closed. I found out that the flu started up from Southern Cal and San Antonio. Yuck. I hope it will be better by next week. I may end up wearing a mask at the airport to be safer and pleading the blood of Jesus that it won’t effect me or Terry while I’m there. I will be meeting his son Chris and his brother and a few other close friends. He wants to move here sooner but his son is expecting his first child by the end of June. He and I will have a Justice marry us when he gets here and then arrange a larger church wedding. I may even play the background music and have Cindi, my worship assistant help record me playing.
