About me: WENDELFEST began six years ago when Wendel and friends COOPER'S UNCLE had a campout with picking, drinking and late night debauchery. As more people started attending, it kinda' turned into a "mini-festival", and we started to beef up the festivities. Every year we have great live music from some of Central Texas' finest acts... but the backdrop is the late night bonfire jams and parties.
WENDELFEST operates as a "non-profit" music festival. NOTHING is sold. Wendel graciously donates the use of his land for the festival and camping, the food is free, the beer is free, and the live music is free. Please make a small $5 donation, and bring a food item to share Potluck style with dinner.
