Well there are two of those symbols. Ignorant ppl. You can see the small one then the other one is as big as me. LOL well it is just above my shoulders and layered to the extreme in the back.
That's what I figured women studies were. Sounds pretty boring. I'm in favor of feminism, but I don't think I could stand taking a class on it. I saw your bass, everyone has to start somewhere lol. I started playing a lot of funk, blues, R&B, and I'm writing stuff that sounds like jazz/urban contemporary (as my mom puts it). The studio is in full swing you could say. It's up and running, we ironed out the MIDI problems. We've recorded my old band, the band No Big Deal (played riverbend), had a crew from PBS come and video it, and some other people. Mom has even been doing some recording for new material. She doing great, working a hell of a lot. The rest of the family is just taking it easy as usually. My brother started collecting spiders and things and now has like 10 spiders or something, a few scorpions, giant centipedes, and 2 different roach colonies. His room has been turned into a self sustaining ecosystem. He also got a job at an exotic pet shop called "Get Tanked."
What's your family up do? Mom still work on Williams? Dad still flying all the time?
Sorry, I completely read one of your statements wrong. I thought you asked if I got a bass. I read that YOU got one. That's awesome. I always encourage people to support the bottom end. What kind of music do you prefer to play on bass? You seem to play different genres with different instruments
What do people actually learn in a womens studies course? Ooo, math. Fun. Well, I always liked it. What math are you going to take from chatt state? No, unfortunately I did not get a bass for xmas. I have the same 5-string I've had for a couple of years, a vintage 63 Fender P-bass that my dad is holding to while I"m at MTSU, and I have a yamaha rbx800a that needs new electronics (but I defretted it). I'm having a hard time finding people to play with here, but I guess as long as I have my band back in chattanooga I'm cool.
Not much I guess has been going on. Looking for a job here, writing a lot of music, learning to run the studio. Basically I've just been doing music "full-time" for the past 5 months or so. What have you been up to?
It's going pretty well. I really enjoy my classes and my teachers with the exception of one (always has to be one). The only thing I don't like is how slow time seems to move here.
Still at UTC? How is that? Still doing engineering and art on the side?
lmfao girly? i havent seen him since i dated him. so its been almost 4 years. so idk how much he's changed. but i never saw him downtown whenever i went. thank god. hahaha.
