About we said things

We Said Things lives in Chicago and mixes melodics with electronics. Some bands We Said Things likes and tries to sound like are Air, The Beta Band, Hot Chip, and of course, Bowie and Radiohead.

The band consists of Courtney Fortier, Michael Beno and Jon Potter. Court and Michael sing and play instruments. Jon is the drummer, but he does other things too.

We Said Things formed in 2005 and released its debut EP, Xavier Sessions, in early 2006. The band is currently playing shows in the midwest and working on the follow up to Xavier Sessions, due out in early 2007. For more details on We Said Things, visit www.wesaidthings.com.
