Wes started DJ’ing in 1996 under the name of DJ Nedjo. During that time he released several mix tapes, as well as organizing and performing in a number of parties.
In 2000, Wes’ friend D’injenius, taught him how to make beats with an MPC 2000 and ever since then Wes has been producing his own beats.
Wes has been working with artists from all over the world (Africa, Europe and the United States) in varying capacities, including organizing and managing gigs.
Music is international. It’s uplifting and inspiring when cultures can combine their talents to make a powerful impact on the world. When we can contribute to each other in this way, music reaches its highest potential.
