we are from harrogate North Yorkshire
we have been playing for 5 years under different band names and drummers
first we were the other ones the line up was ben cope dan cope simon shaw
then we changed are name to the ideals line up was ben cope dan cope tom c
we had to change are name again due to a band member tainting the name
so at the moment we have no name well we are'nt hippies 4 now it was a random name we came up with at the blues bar the other week
the line up and probebly the best line up we have had it ben cope dan cope ben brown
any way we have played at many venus inc. hedingly supporting stateless and Go cadenzer
both amazing bands and are touring at the moment and check out there music its ace
the rat and parrot harrogate too many times but the best time supporting kurb (rip) who were ace allso we have played at daddy cools knasbough ha that was amusing
more resonantly we have sent off a demo to mute records and we actually got a reply woo
a A&r chap listened to it and said it was much better that all the crap we usually get and said to send more also a guy called ? listened to who produced travis when the were successful and allso said it was promising.
ps we are looking for a bass player or some one who can play bass or guitar
