I enjoy playing video games, and I watch 24, Prison Break, Justice, Heroes, and Vanished each week. I also enjoy wrestling (Raw and TNA mostly. I pretty much just watch ECW for CM Punk). I do not drink, smoke, or do any drugs. I am pro-life and against the death penalty. I consider myself religious, although announcing oneself under that label immediately places oneself under scrutiny as to if your choices coincide with what is perceived to be religious.
I love to write, which led me to re-launch my personal website, wes-ide.com. There, I post blogs and articles at least once a week, allowing me to write and have it read by the world. I also had my first book published when I was 9 years old and have wrote several other pieces of work since. I've worked in telelvision with my own TV show and have made several short video projects in the past.
I grew up listening to rap music, primarily west coast rap (Death Row Records to be specific). My favorite group is Bone Thugs~N~Harmony and my favorite rapper is 2Pac, whom I feel that creativity and originality in rap died along with him. Not feeling the commercialization of rap that came with his death (i.e. bling bling, materialism, pop rap, etc.), I became interested in Insane Clown Posse for something different and interesting in music. Behind all the misguided animosity towards them for what is perceived as nothing more than violence and profanity is a spiritual message that others may see as blasphemous but which I see as a blessing in that kids that shun "normal" teachings of religion still can have an outlet by which they can learn basic principles of morality. These days you can find me listening to a mixture of all of the above, plus any of the numerous artists listed in my Music section in the profile.
