we sink ships is an artistic collaboration between heidi and neil which began during winter of 2008. it was born from a love of photographic art and appreciation for ambient experimental music.
we sink ships use pinhole and selective focus photography techniques to create, at times, surreal, abstract impressions or dreamlike images which are normally exhibited online.
we sink ships is about working with others, being inspired by other creative people, promoting each other’s work, therefore curating photographic exhibitions featuring other photographers’ work was introduced in spring 2009. they have so far held three exhibitions showcasing work from 28 different photographers from around the world.

Hello, Just to let you know that Over the Wall are playing for the first time anywhere in two months on Sunday 23rd August at the wonderful Captain's Rest. Over the Wall promise a nice sized headline set (not one of those rush jobs you may be accustomed to) and some surprises thrown in.
Also featuring will be Piano Bar Fight, back from an 18 month hiatus while one of them has been in Frightened Rabbit, and old friends Gdansk.
Doors are at 7.30pm and entry is only £4. All are welcome!
Just to let you know that we are
playing at T in the Park (T break stage) this year! I was just
wandering if you are going to the festival and if you'd like
to come and see our live show. We would really appreciate the
support. It's going to be like a trip to the zoo. Type us a short poem or quote or some news we do not know.
