Wes Hofmann is a comedian and an actor. He graduated from San Jose State in 2007 with a BA in Theatre Arts. Wes has always been regarded as funny by his peers, but didn’t really start getting into stand-up comedy until September 2004.
Wes Hofmann has performed comedy at places like the San Jose Improv, Rooster T. Feathers, and many other places.
Wes Hofmann does not have any limits to his comedy. "If I think something is funny then I will say it," says Wes. "When I am doing a routine, that’s the one time I’m not afraid to piss people off or offend them." However, Wes would not describe himself as an angry comedian. "I simply say what is on my mind. What I love more than anything is to see people smile. That’s what brings me joy. To see people smile and make them laugh."
Seen as shy and quiet, when not performing, Wes Hofmann comes alive when he hits the stage. "There’s something about the attention. I love the attention."
Wes has been an actor since the 6th grade. He started with the Children’s Playhouse and moved forward from there. Some of his stage credits include:

Wes Hofmann is known to sometimes donate some of his earning to charities. Charities he has donated to include Lance Armstrong Foundation and Breast Cancer Awareness.
"Everyone deserves a reason to smile. Nobody should be left out," says Wes.

I don't really like TV much anymore aside from watching Late Night or reruns of classic shows like Seinfeld and Friends. I'll watch the Simpsons too, but other than that, Television isn't too good. Prison Break and NBC's Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip are both good but both are now canceled.
