'Wesley Jeremiah' is the collaboration between Wesley Keith and Jer Fraites. The two formed 'Wesley Jeremiah' (formerly '6Cheek') in 2005 and have been songwriting and performing for over 3 years.
With a varying cast of supporting members, including the addition of Jay Van Dyke (Drums/Piano), 'Wesley Jeremiah' has grown into the project present today.
Under their former name, Wesley Jeremiah released two albums; 'The 6cheek LP' (2006) and 'Love, Loss, and Crimes' (2008).
In preparation for the 'Love, Loss, and Crimes' album, Keith spent three months in China writing and recording new ideas, whilst a world away, Fraites developed existing ideas as well as experimenting with new inspiration, spending a year in London. Keith described his time in China as a "cabin-in-the-woods type situation."
With a new album released under the fresh pseudonym in Spring 2009, 'Wesley Jeremiah' have been busy "crafting songs that are simple and raw."
Hailed as creators of "solid young rock" (Eli Wold, Senior Director of A&R at 'Blue Note Records'), 'Wesley Jeremiah' is often compared to 'Ryan Adams', 'Radiohead', 'Jeff Buckley' and 'Cold War Kids'.
"The closest thing to audio marijuana"

"Part 'Coldplay', part 'Faith No More' - and good."
