Influences
Collectively the members bring a wide variety of musical influences. The genres are boogie-woogie blues, rock, folk, rockabilly, punk, swing, jazz and a few other things.. The artists are to numerable to mention. Plus most folks probably never even heard of them anyway.. The Boogiemen serve up mostly original tunes with a few obscure covers which they add their own twists to.. Fun, upbeat and dance-able..!!
The West Coast Boogiemen have been a local favorite in San Diego for several years now! With an all original set list (some obsure covers depending on the night). To best describe The West Coast Boogiemen music style would be to check them out live.. FUN BAND..!! If you asked one of the West Coast Boogiemen to describe their music they would probably say the following: Electric swing, rockabilly-ish, tex-mex-ish, roots rock-ish, and jump blues-ish styles.. You can catch them at various other venues throughout the greater San Diego area: Humphreys, Hard Rock Cafe, Rock Bottom Brewrey, Gorden Biersch Brewrey, Blind Melons, Winstons, The Tiki and many others. The West Coast Boogiemen are aired regularly on San Diego's own KPRI Authentic Rock Radio Station 102.1...
West cost tours include most of Southern California up to San Francisco and Parts of Nevada and Arizona.

Hey guys!!
We wanted to personally invite you to our show at the Beuaty Bar tonight (april 9th)... because you smell nice.
We're playing with a band from out of town called Brown Shoe, so we'd love to give them the opportunity to play in front of a lot of San Diegans...
