HOLLER & SWALLER time !!!! The Cowboy Up Band is one of Northern Louisiana's premier country bands. Making their debut early in 2007, Cowboy Up has etched their names into the hearts of the local music fans. Each of the band members bring a special perspective and a talent forged in genres of music ranging from Acid Rock to Gospel and Rhythm & Blues to Blue Grass. All of these back grounds meld together to present the unique sound that is Cowboy Up. Of course there is only so much you can do with cover songs but their original music has the quality of being different and familiar at the same time. So sit back and pop that top. Prepare to be entertained.
You guys have all touched my life. You've given me purpose, you've given me strength. You've given me a foundation, and confidence to learn and grow. You've all been such wonderful friends to me, and for that, I just want to say thank you, and to tell you that I Love You. Thru tragedy, we bond together. Thru faith in God and in friendship, we shall prevail. God Bless each one of you.
It is with heavy heart that we announce the tragic loss of yet another band member, Brad Williams. On June 8, 2008, a severe car accident took his life, and his brother, Mark, was seriously injured. Mark will be hospitalized for extensive injuries, but his prognosis is good. We extend our sincere support and sympathies for the families, and pray that God's presence will be with us all during this time.
