Westran was founded in 2007 by Canadian singer-songwriter Brant Westran and lead guitarist Adam Robinson. Their new album ‘3 in the morning’ is a fusion of hard rock, lingering melodies and the occasional country twang. It follows Westran’s debut album ‘Acoustasoul’ (2006), a collection of acoustic-rock songs which lit up college radio-stations and won over a loyal fan base worldwide. Released February 15th, 2008, Westran’s first single ‘Don’t Know’ has already caught the attention of radio-stations across Canada and music-heads with their finger on the pulse of the indie rock scene.

Its nice to hear your music again, I came by awhile ago on another profile that has kept me away from this one, catch up time ;)
I am loving your music, especially "3 in the Morning" and once I realized what the words were I looked and it was 3:08 AM in the morning over here in Toronto! Crazy isn't it, what a coincidence.
Something has to be said about this music that calms the heartbeat... down to rhythm that can sustain life in this world of confusion. I bow down to a band that not only has something to say, but an amazingly soothing and graceful way of saying it. Brant Westran and Adam Robinson havegot it, please never loose it, and say true. ~Sky~
Hi Westran, thanks for becoming a new friend up north. I like your music and your voice Brant. "What did I Say" was one of my favourites. Take a listen to my music and let me know what you think. Please stay in touch and keep creating beautiful music. Danielle
