Many may remember Gioia from the group Exposé, or better yet, as a solo artist who had a slew of hit club songs. Nowadays Gioia is the front woman of the band Wet, proving that rocking out isn't only for the fellas. With a sound similar to Alanis Morissette and influenced by the likes of Janis Joplin, Hole, Jimi Hendrix, and Tool, "Shelter" combines hard hitting bass lines and heavy guitar riffs with feisty lyrics. This is surely an album that will " wet" your appetite.
