Nyiko Beguin and Ethan McBrien were both born on the first day of November in the same hospital in New Hampshire. They have been creating smooth acoustic riffs with soft laid harmonies ever since. If you want to get literal, Whales and Wolves truly began in the beautiful New Hampshire summer of 2007.
Since then they have played some local shows and recorded a debut album, Green and Grey, with their good friend Ben Rogers. Currently they are working on a music video for the song Back Home
