Bio:

Whasdat Music is the Detroit label established by Pirahnahead in 2006, which has been an outlet for the world to see the dance music and soul genres from Pirahnahead's musical standpoint; Imagrey, Sound & Vision. Since It’s initial offering, Carolyn Victorian's "Sunshine (Give Me Peace)", the grassroots label has shown an extremely broadened scope of music with its subsequent releases - Pirahnahead’s intense dancefloor classic ‘Music’, the soulful vocal peice, ‘TimeLoveLIFE’ (released digitally in 2008), and "Come 2gether" (A Tribute to OBAMA), and the introduction of hot Detroit Vocalist Eric King's '2Getherness' Presented beautifully by Pirahnahead & Diviniti, as well as various Mixed CDs which show off Pirahnahead's immense musical collection. 2009 saw the digital release of Pirahnahead's outspoken "NGTVNRG EP- Stage 1" - Which was licenesed by Third Ear recordings in 2010 for a massive vinyl output. The tounge-lashing 'Self:Con-Science' shares a view into Pirahnahead's darkness, as it also recieves remixes from Carl Craig, Quentin Harris, and Norm Talley. Inside of his own brain-camp, Pirahnahead personally crafts each piece with distinction. Additionally, Whasdat Music is used as a platform of expression for some new and amazing talents from around the globe. Working with artists such as Diviniti, DJ Minx, Eric King, Carolyn Victorian, Clara Hill, Reggie Dokes, Yaminah Brock, and Abicah Soul, AQuaBeaT and others, Pirahnahead’s Whasdat Music presents a sound that is powerfully unique, and definitely Detroit. ..
