Beatabet are a Brighton-based artist collective after our own hearts, emerging from a broad range of disciplines and coming together regularly to perform, create, compose and experiment. Their events are known for their unusual settings, their diverse line-ups and their refreshing balance between the experimental and the more accessible, managing to maintain a great sense of fun throughout.
We're presenting February's Escape night in conjunction with their finest artists and acts, in anticipation of a major collaboration that we have planned for March 2009.

"Turn the Car Around" is just a brilliant four and a half minute pop song that takes an impressive line in inventive self-production and an effortless and incredibly catchy songwriting style. A great, incredibly promising debut and highly recommended.
