Whatever Jones are a five piece band hailing from Galway and Offaly. They divide their time between being one of Ireland's premier cover bands and one of the leading up and coming original bands. Covers: Whatever Jones are fast establishing themselves as one of Ireland's premier cover bands and with their ever growing reputation are becoming one of the most sought after bands in the country. They cover everything from classics such as AC/DC, Guns n Roses, U2 and Bon Jovi, to the most modern songs in the charts from bands like The Kings of Leon, Kasabian, Mgmt, Snow Patrol.....etc. The combination of their amazing musical talent, on-stage energy and top class sound and professionalism makes them second to none in the Irish music scene. Originals: With their anthemic blend of high energy up tempo rock and haunting vocals Whatever Jones are also one of Ireland's most exciting original bands. Each member comes from a different musical backround and they have varied musical tastes, this had lead to the band creating music with a very original sound. They have been lucky enough to work with such musical artists as The Chapters, John Spilane, Hogan, Frantic Jack, The Aftermath, Wayne Brennan, and many more aswell as playing many music festivals around the country. For 2011 the band plan to gig extensively around Ireland continuing to build up their ever growing fanbase and also continuing to work on their debut single and album which the band hope to record in late 2011 with a release date in early 2012.
