say in management, you can’t take it personal…it
just
business. Not
true…a business is made up
of people…lives that are dedicated, loyal, uniform in the
cause…they are human
beings….not a liability. .... .. ..In
the end, we all moved on, all of them got new jobs and I still
see them today. It
was an honor to work
with them, some ask me to call them on my next job, they’d
gladly come work for
me. .... .. .. Myself…after
the layoff?? A blessing in disguise….... Being
laid off was terrifying yet really the best thing for me..... .. .. I
decided it’s time to take charge of “my
security”..... To no longer be at the mercy
of the J.O.B..... .. .. I
was tired of
living in fear!! .... Fear
that:.... ..·
..Taking
any extended earned
leave defines me as not “dedicated”.... ..·
..Putting
in more hours than required to show
I’m a “hard worker”.... ..·

on more duties w/o a pay increase
because “everyone’s replaceable”.... ..·

to not being a “team player”.... ..·
..Times
are tough/cutbacks coming “last

books. Money in
your mailbox! Take old
tires and turn them into rugs & sell at flea markets! Match
college
students with funding! Just to name a few….those were the
days (LOL). .... Then
late nite "infomercials"
….we'll you guessed it.....I tried…most of
them. .... ....I've
sold the "lotions
& potions", sold jewelry, been in a MLM company
when ..bankrupt ..and at one time had a brick
& mortar business.
All
in the school of hard knocks!
.... .. .. I’m
more cautious
now, or so I thought……..... .... A
dear “friend” introduces me to this awesome NEW
Innovative Network
Marketing Company! They have a secure foundation, traded on Amex,
expanding
rapidly, compensation is outstanding and its all internet based!.... Just what I was looking
for….nothing physical to store and hey…did I
mention… it’s the internet!! ..I
researched this baby inside/out..….Yeah…this
is the one..... I
bought the whole package, did
all the training (which was pretty good I have to admit), attended the
international conference, upgraded, true blue committed to this one! .... ....Followed
the rules, did what they said, began with your warm
market, approach
people, they
are waiting
for you to ask them!! Say it this way, nudge
without pressure, and
use urgency, back and forth!! Wow…this
is new! I soaked it up…so bad that I couldn’t ..stand
myself..!
.... .. ..Oh…I
forgot to tell you…MLM in SMALLTOWN USA??? Everyone
&
their brother have been sold into some MLM/Network Marketing/Next BIG
Thing and
got burned. OH…..JUST…..
GREAT!!.... .. .. ....Friends
and Family Avoidance….again.... .. .. FRUSTSRATION
** FRUSTRATION ** FRUSTRATION....
.... I
took a break….no internet…no late nite
infomercials…no next
great thing! .... .. .. THE
REASON FOR WhatIKnowNowOnline.com.... .. .. .. .. ....When
I returned to the “make-money-online” group I was
open, renewed
and ready to begin. .... ....If
you take too long of a “break” from the internet
world….it
moving….FAST…it was mind boggling… I
was completely LOST! So much jargon,
techniques, learning…..... .. .. .. .. I can laugh now...not then....but now.... .. .. All
of that changed when a Web2.0 friend of mine from that same
Network Marketing company sent me a video on how he was being CHASED
for his
business that he couldn’t keep up!.... I
thought…how could that be…I finished the same
training he did
and no one is CHASING me!.... And
get this….it didn’t cost him a dime! .... .. .. FREE
LEADS and TRAFFIC CHASING YOU!! Yeah…right.....
He
showed me how he was using MySpace, YouTube, all these social
networks and getting customers like crazy! .... ....I’m
on social networks; I’ve been using WEB 2.0…but
not the right
way..... .. .. ....There
was a contest going on and I could win the awesome opportunity
to learn from the founder—Dennis Karganilla!! One-one
coaching!!.... .. ..
THEN…it
CLICKED!! LIGHTBULB FLASHING EVERYWHERE!!.... .. ..OMG!!
This REALLY WORKS! I’m in a contest and just the few things
I’ve done are working. .... .. .. ..WHAT
IS
IT???...... ........ .. .. Forget
what you’ve been taught---warm
market, 3 ft rule, advertise, cold calling, buying leads.....
If
you want to stay in the game---you need to know what game it
is!....
As
my favorite motivator/leader, Robert Kiyosaki, reminds us of
the Industrial Age vs. Informational Age.
.... .. .. “The
rules have changed. When
change occurs there is typically
resistance. In the
last few years there
are many examples of people recognizing the opportunities that arise
during a
period of change. .... .. .. Bill
Gates became the richest man
in the world because the older men at IBM failed to see the market and
the
rules changing. The
Information Age
twenty-year-olds are buying up the Industrial Age corporations, they
are
becoming billionaires because they see the
opportunities,….Simply put, the
Information Age will bring economic changes that will dramatically
increase the
gap between the have and have-nots..... .. .. There
are
people who MAKE things happen; there are people who WATCH things
happen; and
there are people who say WHAT HAPPENED??”.... .. .. I
found someone who was living proof of this action—Dennis
