About me:
WHAT MAKES MEN BLUSH is a performance collective, pushing the boundries of burlesque. After making their debut at 34B Burlesque, the young women landed themselves a weekly performance residency at the Oxford Arts Factory. They supported Peaches at the Enmore Theatre in 2008, and toured with the Big Day Out in 2009. WMMB parody stereotypes, using burlesque as a vehicle to subvert and pervert the perverted. They relish playing with the expectations and tensions between spectator and performer. WMMB are funny, shocking, sexy and often very very strange.
