Rise Up! The time for change is here!
-A little about me and my project.___I've been through alot in life and with this project, but I continue to strive with it. I plan to bring metal back to a LARGER degree worldwide, but I can only do it with your help! I also plan to make known the corruptions, that are among our own and other governments worldwide. I've had a hard life, like most musicians, and I've seen alot. I scored 2nd place in a statewide math competition, wich included grades 3rd through 12th. I was beaten by only 1 8th grader from Chicago, props to him. You win some lose some. I rank at a 129 I.Q. I had a dispute with a couple questions. I've been into music and creating music pretty much all of my life. I've had good times and bad times. I've taken the fall for other peoples crimes and gotten into alot of trouble that way. I tried to speak out in my defence, but the police don't care! Some do! I never came across them though, wouldn't ya have it.
But despite all that, I Rise above the corruption around me and the problems in my life. I could never figure out how to make money or be financialy sound, with the nasty environment I was in, but it's changing and I'm learning! I was poor growing up. Every time I've tried to get a job or improve myself, I got locked up again. The people I lived with suffer from mental diseases, wich cause them to make things up! At least they claim it's a disease, I think it's an excuse, but I get into a lot of trouble because of it, so music seems to be the only option for me. When my music becomes successful, hoping it does, I plan to seperat myself from those who wish to do me harm. Then, I plan to get started with my life and smell the roses for once, it'd be the first time ever! I've never been relaxed, always working hard on something to better my life or being persecuted for something I didn't do. I've been in a lot of violent situations, some involving guns, and I'm still alive. "It's rainin' bullets and I'm still there" -Ice Cube.
I've managed to avoid ever becoming violent, unless it's self diffence or disarming a man, and I continue to strive!
-About my music now, what I strive at:
I've always had a strong love for music and art, I started playing around a little on the drums, when I was about 4 tears old. Then, I started playing bass more seriously around 13, and then guitar about a year later. I sang pretty much my whole life. I've given lessons and taught a lot of people for free, usually just for the love of music. My passions, and carerer efforts grew later in my 20's. I was given a chance to be on Mtv, they're trying hard to bring it back, but trust me it's hard to find the right guys, sometimes! I myself have had trouble gaining the support of musicians around here. That's what gave "WHAT" a lot of the struggles it's had, and the rough times have been a lot of what fed and inspired my musical creativity. And, yet I prevail! I try to help other artists and continue to be supportive of underground music, because I know it's tough.
My first project J.P., didn't go far, because no one in the band wanted to help promote, other than that, I was real happy with the music we created. I was also with a project called Obey, again happy with the work, but no direction. I've had a couple of other little projects going on all along, but now I bring to you "WHAT" I'm a soloist at the moment, but I promote it ceaslessly and work ever hard to bring it to you! I've managed to get my single "Rise Up" on the radio twice, soon to be more, hopefully and with your help! "Turn to Us" was used on T.V. for 2-3 weeks straight, that I know of, by AMC a major movie network! That was done without my consent or credits, but it helped get the music itself heard by quite a few people.

I did all of the bass, guitar, and vocals myself, in a professional quality studio, with the help of co-writer Tom Howland and an amazing producer, Tony Montana. Thanks to my co-writer and Tony "WHAT" is bringing back, the old school sound of Metal-Rock and defending freedom "-For the People." -Preamble
