Earlier today Adele announced that her song “Skyfall” which will serve as the soundtrack to the 23rd James Bond film of the same title would be released this Friday. However today a 90-second preview of the track leaked online and you can hear it now!

    .
“Skyfall” shows that Adele’s voice seems to only improve with age as she belts out, “Let the sky fall/ When it crumbles/ We will stand tall/ And face it all together” over an understated mix of piano and percussion. In other words we’re predicting that you’ll be hearing this track a lot in 2012.
    .
The song was written by Adele with producer Paul Epworth and is available for pre-order now. That said, don’t get too used to hearing any new Adele music because the singer has repeatedly stated in interviews that it will likely be years before she releases the follow-up to her 2011 smash hit 21.
