TMZ has reported that the 45-year-old actor was arrested in Oregon on suspicion of driving under the influence. (This … on the heels of his dispute last year with an Ohio bus driver that got him into some legal trouble as well.)

The arrest reportedly took place at 2:27 a.m. in Bend, Ore., where Matthew lives with his wife and two children.

A source says that Matthew and an unidentified passenger were on a fast food run when the incident occurred. The actor was pulled over after failing to drive within his lane and use an appropriate signal. He was taken into custody and released the same day.

An officer says that Matthew was “under the influence of intoxicants”
