Something big is brewing in the Taylor Swift camp and the singer plans to reveal all to fans on Monday during a live web chat. The live Q&A will take place on Monday August 13 at 7 p.m. EST via Swift’s official YouTube channel.

In a teaser video Swift said, “Hey, it’s Taylor. So I really want to talk to you about something. I would love it if you would join me August 13 for a live webchat. You can ask questions. I want to share some news with you, some really cool news. Not gonna go into it too much, but it’s cool. I’ll see you there.”

Fans will be able to ask Swift questions through a live chat feature and there has been a special Google+ Hangout created for the event. You will be able to find the live stream here.

What we really want to know is what this “cool news” might entail. Swift has been working on her follow-up to 2010’s Speak Now and we’d imagine that any special info she’s got now involves new music in some way, whether or not it’s a new album. (Although it’s about time for a new album, right?) We know the singer worked with British musician Ed Sheeran earlier this year at a Los Angeles studio, although it’s unclear what that was for.

Swift told MTV News in early 2012, “I made my last album, Speak Now, with this idea I really wanted to make an album without writing with anyone else just because I always wanted to do that. And now I have a different approach to this record. I’m getting to work with people that I’ve always wanted to work with.”
