So I’ve just uploaded a new tune - it’s called ‘Long Days, Late Nights’ and you can hear it on my page right now!
Having never written and recorded an entire EP all on my own before I was perhaps a little optimistic in thinking it’d be ready for the end of August; it is nearly done, just not quite yet!
The new tune is going to be the last song on the EP - I think it has that kinda melancholy vibe, but I'd love to know your thoughts..
just stopping by to see if you're interested in our project....
We've started a collaborative radio station - and we're looking for people to contribute to our output....have a look, have a listen and join up if you'd like to join in!!!
Tickets now in stores for Flood of Red in August. Available from Tickets Scotland on Rose Street, Ripping Records on the Bridges, www. seetickets. com, support acts and DAT Promotions.
Support comes from.. Accoustic act JONNY SNEE will be opening up the stage right before the mighty Flood take to the stage. Well known in the Glasgow scene with several small shows around the capital, Snee brings his accoustic stylings to Edinburgh. "Even though he was a single guy with a guitar on stage, he completely captivated his fans with songs that were a pleasure to listen to and got you thinking about life, relationships and everything else....the tunes themselves were thought-provoking, heart felt and melancholy, however not overly so."
After a blinding set supporting Paige and Not Advised, I AM MY OWN HERO bring their melodic emotive music to support flood of red. For fans of Brand New, Manchester Orchestra, We're Not Superheroes Anymore etc!
Winners of the 2007 Edinburgh city schools Battle of the Bands, SIX STOREYS HIGH return to the hive once again, set for a blinding show! For fans of Biffy Clyro, Twin Atlantic etc!
