John Brady - Australian Western arts performer who I first saw when I was 10yrs old in Slim Dusty's show. Years later John awarded me the Encouragement Award in my very first Australian Championships.
My dad is also my hero - who made my first whip when I was 7yrs (it is a 6foot green hide whip) still cracking great today!!

My name is Angie Mooney and Im based in Goulburn NSW. Im a whipcracking entertainer, instructor and whipmaker.
The Australian School of Whipcracking can offer:

I travel to country shows and festivals to perform and teach. I have won 4 Australian Ladies Whipcracking Championships.
My biggest achievements would have to be:
* Performing in the Sydney Olympics Opening Ceremony with 50 other whipcrackers
* Organising "Whiptacular" a main arena whipcracking spectacular! There were 150 whipcrackers performing over 9 nights at the Brisbane Royal Show (the EKKA). We had kids from 6yrs to grandmas 70ys old performing synchronised whipcracking in the main arena in front of 40,000 people each night! The show was choreographed by Amanda Lyn Pearson and had special lighting effects and original music. It was such an awesome event for the community participants!
I live by the moto HAVE A CRACK AT IT!! You only live once so make the most of it.

Thanks heaps for coming out and doing the whipcracking show with me. it was great!!! can't thank u enough!! i had so much fun. i think everyone really enjoyed it. Glad ya's enjoyed our bands performance thanks for coming :)

How'dee!, Things are busy, but not in NSW, in SA! i have only been back for a few weeks and i have done so many gigs for private functions etc. I don't have a huge amount happening in NSW over the next few months, but i will be coming there to say hi to a few people.
