Whirlwind came together at a small church in Centreville, MD. After a few months of fellowship and jammin', "WhirlWind" was born.

Whirlwind has a unique sound that we like to call "Motown Gospel". But in addition WhirlWind's other music styles include Black Gospel, Blues, Rock, R&B, and Country. Whirlwind's mission is: - To bring glory and honor to the Lord, Jesus Christ. - To bring unity and encouragement to the body of Christ. - To continue taking the gospel of Jesus Christ to the people as an evangelistic outreach ministry of the Fish Locker Café, a christian coffeehouse ministry. www.fishlockercafe.com
