...The band got together in the summer of 2005 to play "some kind of their own personal bluegrass influenced music". They had so much fun doing it, so they wrote a couple of songs and recorded an album "Lilla Texas" (Little Texas) released in dec -05. After that they spend a lot of time practicing their instruments and it took a lot of blood, sweat & tears.
Then they finally got the opportunity to get out and meet the audience. In the summer of 2006 Whisky & Dynamite performed at High Chaparall, Naasville Bluegrass festival, Hallekis C & W festival, Scandinavian Country Music festival among other places. The band also performed in such mixed places as in hay barns, at wedding parties and even in the church (which was really great)
Besides their own songs, they also like to do covers such as: "Grandmas.. featherbed"..and "Thank God I..m a countryboy" (John Denver) "Fat bottomed girls" (Queen) "Take it easy" (Eagles) and "Keep on the sunny side" (A P Carter)

Hey again! The song with the male vocal...it reminds me of a band that came out in the early 90..s, called The Remingtons. They never really scored amongst the competition during the highest peak of the country format in North America, but they were brilliant. Jag jobbar och sliter och vi försöker fixa ett uppehållstillstånd för mig i USA så att vi kan åka tillbaka, men det ser ut att dröja mer än 6 månader innan det är klart så vi är lite frustrerade här och planerar att flytta till London i väntan på uppehållstillstånd. jag kan kåma åck jåbba med catering närr som hällst sejj bara tid och dagg så jag kåmer.
