Whispered Hallows revolves around five individuals who share the common dream of playing the music they love in front of anyone and everyone whos interested in observing. Although throughout the years some of the faces have changed the resolve has not, as a whole this band strives for a hard aggresive sound while incorporating elements of groove and jazz into a blend of in your face brutal screaming as well as intricate melodies with an experimental arsenal of harmonies.
Founded in early 2007, what was once a recreational activity for a band of three has blown up into so much more then they all could have imagined. Over the last two years Whispered Hallows has traveled about the Mid-west playing for all those who are interested. Understanding that being in a serious band is more then just playing show to show, in summer of 2008 the band took on its greatest challenge of going into the studio to record a full length. Teaming up with Nick Radovanovic (Acceptance, Hangnail) This two part record is building momentum and quickly gaining attention from various labels across the country.
With the stress of losing members the original three (Julian Russell, Ryan Solava, & Raymond Stolarski) have proven that they remain strong in their resolve to succeed in what they have set out to accomplish. In the spring of 2009 they jumped out into the scene stronger then ever aquiring Jesse Hanson and Isaiah Leavitt (Blame VainGlory) as additions to the already promising young band. As the summer of 2009 approaches they intend to pick up the pace more then ever promising to bring a new sound to community as well as a live show thats sure to impress. Keep an eye out for Whispered Hallows in your area, these talented guys will continue to grow as time stretches on and leave you saying...
