The new White Sands Panhandle Band could be described as a new band on the bluegrass & country music scene, But when you listen to the music produced by the members of the band Brad Hanssen , Rick Norris , Vince Sarra , Chris Kenney , and Will Fink you know that this is not a group of amateurs. All have impressive musical credentials having been in the music industry for over twenty years.
