Hi there. My name is Brian Lee. I am a photographer living and working in Portland, OR.
I grew up in North Carolina during the heady days of Superchunk, Dean Smith and The Squirrel Nut Zippers. I saw Hootie and the Blowfish play a kegger once but only offer this as an amusing anecdote and not as an endorsement of their music. I moved to Portland in the late 90's and somehow missed the boat on the Dandy Warhols. I worked in the bicycle industry for a while and at adidas America before discovering photography at the advent of digital (like so many others). Today, I somehow make my living entirely off of my imagination and photoshop and couldn't be more excited by this situation.
I blog my photos here on MySpace whenever I can so check and subscribe as the regularity of the posts can be sporadic at times.
