    alright,i did not know this man or any of his squad mates exactly,but this soldier was from waterford.
    his squad was attacked in iraq may 12th 2007,which is when byron fouty,alex jimenez and another soldier were missing in action.
    one later washed up in a river,byron and alex were listed as missing-captured(basically POW/MIA)
    i have followed the story of this hero ever since.
    sadly Byron Fouty and Alex Jimenez did not return to our country alive as we had hoped.
    the bodies of fouty and jimenez were found in the iraqi village of jurf es sakhr july 8th 2008.
    please send condolances and such to this myspace page setup in honor of SPC. Byron Fouty
